Returns and Refunds Policy
The customer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with European regulations.
To be accepted, returns must meet the following criteria:
- Unused product
- In its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
The refund will be processed once the product has been received and verified.
